DDA custom designed and developed this synchronized media eLearning website for DAW Communications serving GlaxoSmithKline in 2008. The eLearning content is built upon a custom website design and features three spokesperson videos synchronized to PowerPoint slides for an engaging multimedia learning experience. The content focuses on the use of the new medication Amerge for the treatment of migraines from the perspective of neurologists.
Users register on the platform and can pause and resume from where they left off at will. The platform includes a custom administrative area that reports on tracked usage data to help grant insight into the effectiveness of the tool. Email blasts were integrated to send important notifications to registered users. The website design was used by GlaxoSmithKline on other marketing endeavors, and demonstrates how eLearning can advance both educational and marketing goals simultaneously while providing information on the latest medical treatments to clinicians eager to expand their treatment options.
